Lahijan XCO
Evangelos DIAMANTIDES has been appointed by UCI as the PCP (President of Commissaire Panel) of the two MTB Mountain Races on April 14 and 15 2022. Evangelos DIMANTIDES was born on March 25, 1957 in Nicosia, Cyprus. The 64-year-old Cypriot MTB Commissaire will travel to IRAN to technically manage two cross-country mountain races in Lahijan, GILAN Province. These two competitions will be held on Thursday and Friday, April 14 and 15 in Lahijan by VO2 Company. He has been recognized as the UCI International MTB Commissaire (IC) since May 1998. From February 1995 to 2009 he was the organizer of major competitions at the Cyprus Cycling Federation (CCF). The Cypriot Commissaire, who will turn 65 in next March, is a graduate of the Nicosia Technical School and is fluent in Greek and English.
