UCI CONSTITUTION AND STANDING ORDERS

The UCI Constitution represents the fundamental charter of the institution, governing both its activities and its organisation, and providing a legal basis for the world of cycling. In particular, the UCI Constitution defines the rights and obligations of its member federations, as well as the functioning of the different bodies including the Congress, the Management Committee and the judicial bodies. The Constitution may only be amended by the Congress, which is the supreme body of the UCI.
